Zone Linguaphile
We are a language community centering Louisiana Creole & other Ebonic Creole languages spoken by the Afro-Diaspora. We also welcome speakers/signers of other minoritized languages.

We don't censor profanity, politics or history. However, we have lots of discussions about decolonization, orthographies, revitalization of minoritized languages, nuances of complex terminology & geopolitical situations. What isn’t tolerated is language meant to belittle people, whether it’s considered profane or not.
In order to keep this space as respectful and inclusive as possible with no drama, everyone’s required to get on a quick video call for safety and security measures.
