Nanno Jan
A classic old bashonu( Song in Khowar Language). Titled Nano jan nan Gherum. Although Khowar is written in Nastaa'liq script or in Urdu, the language has been preserved through poetry and songs, passed down through oral tradition. This song is sung by Mansoor Ali Shabab, a very famous local singer of Chitral and Gilgit Baltistan. The Instruments used are Sitar, dama ma(small drums), daf, and jherkin( jeep jerry can).
