The mission of Hiraaca Maa Aru Caawi is to revitalize hiraaca as a living language, and through it, transmit hiraaca lifeways (Maa Aru Caawi) to future generations.

Our long term mission of Hiraaca Maa Aru Caawi is to strengthen and empower Native People Hiraaaca language, community education and outreach. Our focus service population will be the Indigenous population of the Fort Berthold Reservation, surrounding areas and region, though we plan to partner with a myriad of organizations and groups to inform our work, and help provide the programming education and assistance.
