"Mombo is one of around 20 Dogon languages spoken in eastern Mali, with several Dogon-speaking villages located across the border with Burkina Faso. This area is traditionall called 'Dogon Country'... and Mombo is spoken in appoximately 20-25 villages in the western part of this area."
