This survey was designed to provide information on the parameters in a multilingual community. The study's purpose is to hopefully find a way of balancing the use of English and advancing the indigenous languages. It also goes on to speak about what stages these languages are in, and how difficult it is to retrieve them once they reach "stage eight".
