Amonap[aka Matipu, Kuikuro, Kalapalo]
Lewis et al. (2014) list Amonap as a branch of the Bakairí branch of Cariban, with two member languages: Kuikúro-Kalapálo [kui] (Brazil) and Matipuhy [mzo] (Brazil). The sources cited in Campbell (2014) lists Bakairí (Bacairí, Kura, Kurâ) and Amonap (Kuikuro, Kalapalo, Matipú, Nahukuá) as separate languages in the Bakairí Group.
The languages included in this project and the information displayed about them are provided by the Catalogue of Endangered Languages (ELCat), produced by the University of Hawai’i at Manoa and The Institute for Language Information and Technology (The Linguist List) at Eastern Michigan University.
