ORTSBESCHREIBUNG: "Mopti region: Douentza circle, south of Douentza town west of road to Bamba. 3 villages."

ORTSBESCHREIBUNG: Spoken in a single village cluster, villages of Beni and to a lesser extent Gamni (3 km apart). Both villages are on a relatively narrow rocky shelf (plateau) south of Douentza.
